four roses
  • A PAST WORTH TOASTING. A FUTURE WORTH SHARING.

Four Roses' story started when a Southern belle captured the attention of founder, Paul Jones Jr. Overcome with feelings, he would later send her a marriage proposal. She replied that if her answer were "Yes," she would wear a corsage of roses on her gown to an upcoming grand ball. To Jones's excitement, he was greeted with four red roses that night. He would go on to name his bourbon "Four Roses."

Paul Jones Jr. later named his bourbon "Four Roses" to symbolize his devout passion for the lovely belle.

Since then, Four Roses has been perfecting the art of quality and consistency and has used that guiding principle to develop ten signature recipes. Only Four Roses combines two mash bills with five proprietary yeast strains to create ten distinct bourbon recipes. Each recipe brings something different to the batch, and by carefully blending them, each achieves an endless range of flavor profiles to please any bourbon lover.
