Caskers Rewards is a loyalty program with an exclusive array of members-exclusive perks and benefits. The benefits vary from tier to tier. A higher tier means bigger and better benefits. There are three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

If you're new to Caskers Rewards, your tier is determined by the value of your first Caskers order. Once your first purchase is made, you'll be automatically assigned to 1 out of the 3 tiers.

Your tier is determined by the total value of your purchases within one loyalty year. Loyalty year starts with the date of your qualifying purchase and lasts for one year unless upgraded to a higher tier.

You can upgrade at any time during the loyalty year.

Your benefits are displayed on your Rewards dashboard in your account. If you move to a higher tier it takes from 1-5 business days to be upgraded and gain new benefits.

You won't miss any members-exclusive offers if you subscribe to our email notifications.

Simply by reaching the desired tier’s spending limit. You'll be upgraded automatically after the qualifying purchase is completed.

Once your qualifying purchase is completed, you'll be upgraded in 1-5 business days.

You can track your status on the dashboard in your Caskers Rewards account. You won't miss any members-exclusive offers if you subscribe to our email notifications.

Unless you’re upgraded, you’ll stay in your tier for 1 loyalty year. A loyalty year lasts for 12 months. Your rewards will be extended for another 12 months if you stay within the spending limit. You'll be upgraded to the next tier if you exceed the spending limit.

You'll move down a tier.

If you are a Gold member, you need to spend $500+ to retain the status for another year or at least $100 to be downgraded to Silver. If you are a Gold member and spend up to $99 in your loyalty year, you'll be downgraded to Bronze.

If you are a Silver member, you must spend at least $100 in your loyalty year to remain Silver for another year. If you spend less than $99 in your loyalty year, you'll be downgraded to Bronze.

If you are a Bronze member and don't make any purchases within a year, you'll remain Bronze.

We have 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

Sure thing! Reach out to our customer service ([email protected]) with a request to be signed out, and they will do that for you. Once we've processed your request to leave the Caskers Rewards, we'll remove all your spending information and deactivate the account.

If you ever decide to rejoin the Caskers Rewards, you're welcome to by contacting our Customer Service. They will make that happen for you. Once your new account is set up you can start collecting Caskers Rewards again. Just mind that your previous spend value or status can't ever be reinstated.
