Appleton Estate 12 Year Old Rare Casks

A true expression of our Master Blender Joy Spence’s passion and craft. The rums that make up this blend of rare and hand-selected pot and column still rums are crafted with Jamaican limestone-filtered water, with no added flavors, and have all been aged for a minimum of 12 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica.

TASTING NOTES

A smooth and sophisticated expression of aged rum, revealing aromas of toasted oak, dried fruit and hazelnut, followed by notes of dark cocoa, delicate molasses, orange peel, rich vanilla and hints of coffee.

Crafted with Jamaican limestone-filtered water and no added flavors, Appleton Estate Signature Blend is a delicious blend of pot and column still rums, aged for an average of 4 years.

Appleton Estate Signature is a fruit forward expression, with a beautiful harvest gold and amber color, with flavor notes of dried apricot, fresh peach, and a subtle hint of molasses.
