Azul Imperial Añejo Tequila is a masterful spirit crafted from agave grown exclusively on our own fields. Each batch embodies terroir, with agave steamed in autoclaves, crushed via roller mill, fermented for three days, and double-distilled in copper pots. Aged 18 months in American oak barrels, it boasts caramel, oak, vanilla aromas, and a spiced, almond-infused palate.
