About Baie des Trèsors Martinique Plein Soleil Rhum Blanc

The Exploitation Agricole du Galion, which was established in the distant past of 1849, currently owns a massive 1800-acre sugar cane plantation that stretches across the picturesque Caravelle peninsula and beyond. The volcanic soil in this region provides the perfect environment for growing the sweetest canes. One particular plot, the Fond Basile, basks in the scorching sun by the seaside and grows the perfect plants for a delightful white rum. Despite the arid conditions, the cane is chock-full of plant aromas that come alive through distillation, resulting in Baie des Trésors — a rum embodying the unique terroir of Martinique. It's a completely natural product, free of added sugar, caramel, or other gimmicks. The color and flavor are all thanks to the cane's natural essence. Harvested from a single plot and crafted into a new vintage each year, this Plein Soleil white rum boasts wild and fresh tones, menthol accents, and floral flights. Its astonishing complexity is bottled up in 100% recycled glass tinted with a blue hue. Enjoy it straight, on the rocks, or in a cocktail, but be sure to savor it neat at least once to fully appreciate its botanical subtleties.
