About Baileys Almande Almond Milk Liqueur

The quality ingredients play a crucial role in Baileys. 200 million liters of fresh Irish milk that mostly comes from small, family-owned farms are used each year in the production of the cream that ends up in Baileys. The cream is then homogenized with whiskey from several distilleries, employing a process that prevents the liquids from separating. Several other secret ingredients, herbs, and sugar are a part of the recipe which includes their proprietary cocoa extract.

Baileys Almande Almond Milk Liqueur is their certified vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and light version of their famous liqueur. It's produced with real almond milk, resulting in a nutty liqueur with plenty of vanilla notes. The almond milk used in its recipe is made from sweet almond oil and almond essence that is extracted from crushed almonds. Other ingredients include cane sugar and real vanilla. This lighter liqueur is bottled at 26 proof.
