This release features an herbal blend of Indiana bourbons, with added 6 and 7-year-old rye-grain Kentucky bourbon selected for its exotic cinnamon spice notes, 9 and 10-year-old wheat-forward bourbon, plus 6, 14, and 16-year-old Tennessee bourbon for a fruity nose with a long finish.

Tasting Notes

Our Batch 029 offering features a nose dominated by dried papaya and pear. The palate is rich, complex, and layered. The flavors progress seamlessly from early flavors of lime cordial and cocoa to a treacle tart, milk chocolate, and caramel. Boal Madeira rounds out the sweet finish of this whiskey that calls for a second pour.
