Barrell Batch 030 is aged in a group of tropical fruit-forward 5-year-old Indiana barrels and a number of stone fruit-forward 10-year-old high-rye barrels plus a group of 6-15 nut forward barrels After a month of hanging out separately, these casks are carefully blended together until each barrel imparts its unique characteristics to the equation. Wheated bourbon from Kentucky and Wyoming was added at the end for extra complexity.

Distilled and aged in Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, and Wyoming, Barrell Bourbon Batch 030 is a blend of straight Bourbon Whiskeys selected to create a unique cask-strength whiskey.

This batch 030 was made with 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 15-year-old barrels that were aged in American white oak barrels and are finally bottled in Kentucky at sizzling 117.32 proof.

Barrell Bourbon Batch 030 is a classical bourbon that superbly balances the individuality of its many sources. With notes of bright French cider and subtle herbs, of pumpkin pie. The oak barrel aging adds subtle hints of coconut and baking spices to the inherent complexity of this spirit.
