About Belvedere Single Estate Rye Lake Bartezek Vodka
Crafted with rare Diamond Dankowskie Rye from a single estate located on the shores of Lake Bartężek in Poland’s Masurian Lake District, this exceptionally delicate and floral vodka reflects the unique terroir of its estate. Snowy, cold winters stress the rye and develop the vodka’s delicate, refined character – more reminiscent of the region’s calm lakes than its harsh climate.
The Belvedere Single Estate Rye Series celebrates Belvedere’s craftsmanship and expertise in vodka distilling, as well as their ability to produce vodkas of a complex character. Lake Bartężek vodka, part of Belvedere’s new Single Estate Rye Series, was awarded the prestigious “Chairman’s Trophy,” at the 2018 Ultimate Spirits Challenge.

About Belvedere Vodka
The Polmos Zyrardów distillery was founded in the heart of Poland in 1910. Belvedere is the end result of six centuries of Polish vodka tradition. Belvedere, which means “beautiful to see” is named after the Belweder Palace in Warsaw, which adorns every bottle as a reminder of the brand’s heritage.
Historians are not clear on the exact origin of vodka since different sources link its beginning to both Russia and Poland. But one thing is clear: this somewhat simple spirit, first used as a medicinal concoction, has become one of the most versatile drinks in the world.
It can be distilled from any type of grains, potatoes, or even grapes worldwide. Due to its simplicity, this unaged spirit's main flavor factor is the quality of water and the ingredients used in the distillation process.
Primarily used in cocktails, vodka can also stand its ground when enjoyed neat.
Bright, fragrant with notes of freshly cut rye grain, grass and a hint of almond. The palate is medium bodied and delicate with notes of spearmint, fresh hay and a hint of biscuit. The finish is clean and crisp with persistent notes of menthol, fresh grass and rye bread.
