Black Sheep Blanco Tequila, a sophisticated and delicate spirit, confidently claims its place among the finest liquors on the shelves. With an unwavering dedication to age-old traditions, Black Sheep stands as a beacon of artistry rarely glimpsed in our modern era. This Blanco begins with harnessing the excellence of their 100% Single Estate Highland Blue Weber Agave. The process continues with a leisurely steam-cooking of the piñas in a brick oven, followed by crushing in a steel rolling mill, unraveling the fibers' grip, and allowing the agave nectar to flow freely. The agave juice and nectar are then harmoniously blended in wooden fermentation vats, heated, and cooled for just over three days. Finally, they are distilled in small-batch, handmade copper pot stills. While most "Blancos" overwhelm the senses with robust, earthy agave tones—sometimes veering into the overpowering territory—Black Sheep reveals a refined essence, a smooth and creamy texture, and a distinctive and full-bodied taste. In fact, it has been praised as the purest tequila ever tested by the CRT (Consejo Regulador del Tequila). The rounded body of this spirit gracefully leads to a velvety finish packed with complexity, intrigue, and an irresistible charm.

About Tequila
