About Cambio Reposado Tequila

This authentic tequila is crafted in the Jalisco Highlands from 100% blue Weber agaves using traditional methods. The agave piñas are roasted low and slow, unlocking deeper, richer flavors. Then, they're fermented at low temperatures with wine yeast in open-air tanks lined with American white oak and Mexican pine. Double distilled in copper pot stills, this tequila is initially aged for a month in Burgundy and Bordeaux barrels, then five more months in French oak Chardonnay casks. On tasting, you'll find it mellow and rich with warm caramel and spice notes, hints of honey-roasted agave, orange peel, guava, and a pleasing mineral undertone. It's a sumptuous experience, with a rich and lingering finish that'll have you coming back for more. Cambio Reposado Tequila is bottled at 92 proof.
