About Corrido Blanco Tequila

Corrido Blanco Tequila is a spirit steeped in history and crafted with passion. Inspired by the ballads sung by Prohibition-era smugglers, Corrido Tequila pays homage to these folk heroes and their incredible tales. Hand-selected blue Weber agaves from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico form the heart of this tequila. The high altitude and rich volcanic red soil here yield agave that's more floral and fruity. The process is meticulous: the agave piñas are slow-cooked longer than usual, milled to extract their sweet nectar, then introduced to 100% all-natural agave yeast. After double-distillation, the tequila is rested for 30 days for harmonization, ensuring an additive-free, intricately expressed spirit. Expect a light floral aroma with agave and grass. On the palate, it's a symphony of citrus, fruity notes, light tea, rich floral agave, and a hint of crisp pepper. The finish is a refreshing blend of mint and florals. Corrido Blanco has been recognized with Gold at the San Francisco Spirits Competition in 2021, among several other awards.
