About Edinburgh Classic Gin
One of their first products launched in 2010, Edinburgh Classic Gin is a classic London Dry style gin. Honoring Scotland, the recipe features native plants and botanicals among the fourteen botanicals in the blend, such as lavender, pine buds, mulberries, cobnuts, orange peel, lemongrass and lime peel. Bottled at 86 proof, this refreshing and delightfully crisp gin delivers clean, zesty and juniper-forward flavors that insert themselves perfectly in classic cocktails such as a Martini, Negroni, and Gimlet.
Edinburgh Classic Gin was awarded Gold at the 2016 IWSC, Silver at the 2016 and 2017 IWSC, and 91 points at the 2019 IWSC.

About Gin
According to Winston Churchill, "The gin and tonic has saved more Englishmen's lives and minds than all the doctors in the Empire," referring to the British officers using it to treat malaria in India.
Initially made for medicinal purposes, gin gets most of its flavor from the juniper berries added after the distillation process. It sure has come a long way from the Middle Ages, with the introduction of new botanicals, fruits, and spices, bringing it closer to people of all flavor varieties.
