This bourbon has a potent and robust aroma with notes of caramel, cherry, green apple, and corn. On the palate, caramel and cherry are joined by cinnamon and rye spice. The finish on this nicely balanced spicy and sweet spirit is hot, with hints of black pepper, leather, and oak.
