In spring 2021, Flying Ace Farm distillery took off and landed a loyal following with local and worldwide bourbon enthusiasts. Located on an 85-acre farm in Virginia, the distillery’s main objective is to produce luscious spirits from the get-go, following their journey from grain to glass. Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey honors the artisan and maverick spirit of American airplanes, known for their durability and manufacturing skills. This silky bourbon is made of a trusted blend of bourbons aged at least three years comprising 21% and 36% rye mash bill and matured in blackened new oak barrels. Clocking in at a melodic 84 proof, it showcases smooth flavors of caramel, vanilla, toasted rye spice, and sweet stone fruit.
