Embracing tradition, the malt is hand-turned and dried over heather peat, lending a signature smokiness. Slow maturation in first-fill casks reveals intense vanilla, citrus, and warm spices. With an alcohol level of 46%, it delivers a rich, full-bodied finish.

Cloudy honey hue. The nose reveals the aroma of crème brûlée. The palate offers flavors of crumbled cinnamon, apricot compote, and crushed almonds. The finish is smooth with hints of lime zest, smoked lemons, sweet violets, and delicate Orcadian peat smoke.
