Every bottle is bottled at cask strength and none of them are chill filtered. The Caskers staff personally picked barrel No. 8065 for you. Bottled at 51.85% ABV, this one features a mash bill of 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley. It was aged for 4 years in 53-gallon toasted and charred new oak barrels. Tasting Notes

A deep amber hue. The nose brings butterscotch, fresh oak, and hints of vanilla and rye spice. The full mouthfeel leads to sweeter vanilla accents, rye spice, clove, cinnamon, mint, and dark berry. The finish is long and rye-forward with red-black fruits, white pepper, and clove.
