Legend has it that the monarchs being crowned in the Reims Cathedral were presented with a pear and a glass of champagne. Spiritique, a company dedicated to crafting top-notch French spirits, decided to wed the natural sweetness of pears with the prestigious eau-de-vie, cognac (aptly naming it "Noces Royales" — aka "royal wedding"). The nose is nothing short of vibrant, with freshly-picked Williams pears, floral undertones, a hint of spice, and notes of apricot and almond. At 30% ABV, the palate is well-rounded with an impeccable balance of sweetness and acidity, delivering a zing of lively Williams pears.
