About Old Forester 1924 10 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Part of Old Forester’s coveted Whiskey Row Series, the 1924 10 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a limited annual release that’s as rich in history as it is in flavor. Crafted to honor a pivotal moment in 1924, this release commemorates Old Forester’s resilience during Prohibition, when it held one of just six federal medicinal licenses (P-3). Back then, barrels from closed distilleries became the foundation for this unique bourbon. Now, it’s a 10-year masterpiece with a luxurious aroma of fudge, cocoa, marzipan, cured tobacco, oak, and a hint of cinnamon. The palate unfolds with chocolate-covered graham crackers kissed by spice, while the finish lingers with warm notes of graham cracker crumbles and more spice. Meticulously crafted, this bourbon is a celebration of flavor and legacy, inviting enthusiasts to savor bourbon history in every sip.
