Oregon Spirit Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a true testament to the craft of American distilling. Founded in 2009, Oregon Spirit Distillers combines traditional methods with locally sourced ingredients to create premium whiskey. This four-grain bourbon, made with corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley, is aged for four years in new American white oak barrels at the distillery's site in Bend, Oregon. The barrels are carefully married and cut to 94 proof with water, bringing out the complex flavors honed through its maturation process.

The nose is a delightful blend of caramel apple sweetness, floral notes, earthy nuttiness, light smoke, and a cool mint freshness. The palate is juicy with apple, baked vanilla, and wisps of smoke, while hints of rye spice add depth. The finish is warm with soft heat, lingering rye spice, and a subtle smokiness, offering a smooth, warming sweetness and fresh spice on the mouthfeel.
