The Story

Founded by Alistair Frost, Pentire takes its inspiration from the coast: "Catching waves until dusk. Camping on cliff tops and foraging hedgerows for unexpected bounty. Sharing and experimenting with the flavors we found on the coast. We wanted to bottle that experience. And create a drink that harnesses the power, beauty, and immense flavors of plants." Naturally, Pentire Seaward thus turns to the unique coastal plant life for its botanicals. Working in collaboration with local botanists and distillers, the non-alcoholic spirit is crafted by distilling plants native to Cornwall, UK: woodruff, sea buckthorn, rosemary, meadowsweet, seaweed, orange juice concentrate, and grapefruit. making for a uniquely light, fresh, and herbaceous drink that has no artificial ingredients, 0 sugar, and only 2 calories per serving. It's vegan and gluten-free as well!
