The bourbon is made from locally sourced Texas corn, and is milled, mashed, fermented, before being distilled and matured at the Ranger Creek San Antonio distillery. This traditional process is currently carried out by Ranger Creek’s current master distiller, Allan Hall, and assistant distiller, Josh Gardner. This small batch series is aged in innovative small barrels. .36 Texas Bourbon received Gold medals at the 2015 American Craft Spirits Competition, as well as a Silver medal in 2017. Expect traditional bourbon notes of vanilla, maple syrup, cinnamon, and oak wood.

There are not many things more American than bourbon, and although most of it is produced in Kentucky, it can be produced all over the USA. It must be made with at least 51% corn and bottled at 40% ABV or higher. So why not give this American classic a try?
The nose has aromas of vanilla, maple syrup, and oak in the fore. The palate has strong flavors of caramel, cinnamon, and wood. The finish is fleeting with warm spicy notes and sweet undertones.
