After being distilled in Indiana from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, it spent 5 years in a new charred American oak cask. The cask-strength expression was then bottled at 118.32 proof in 2021.

Tasting Notes

You'll find aromas of almond, white chocolate, and fresh hay on the nose. The palate is complex and bold with cocoa powder, cinnamon oatmeal, honey, and clover. The finish is long and sweet with ginger, praline, and barley.
