About Traverse City Whiskey Co. Lakeside Peach Bourbon Whiskey
True whiskey lovers and former white-collar professionals decided to leave the corporate world and chase after a more fulfilling vocation of creating spirits people love and appreciate. Chris, Jared, and Moti founded the distillery more than a decade ago in Traverse City, Michigan. Co-owner Chris Frederickson found a set of old distilling patents at his family’s farm storage. The patents date back to the times of Prohibition, making them precious and inspiring to re-create in modern times. Lakeside Peach Bourbon Whiskey is Traverse City Whiskey Co.’s spin on peach-infused liquor, except it’s a proper three year old bourbon. It features Michigan peaches that are delicate and sweet and astonishingly resilient to harsh Northern winters. This spirit is bottled at 35% ABV and flavored with sweet peach candy alongside hints of leather and fruit syrup.

About Traverse City Whiskey Co.
Three former corporate types and whiskey buffs, Chris, Jared, and Moti, decided to ditch the 9-to-5 grind and start making tasty spirits that people would genuinely appreciate. They founded their distillery in Traverse City, Michigan, more than a decade ago. While rummaging through his family’s farm storage, Chris stumbled upon a set of old distilling patents from the Prohibition era. These patents were not only fascinating but also added an extra touch of nostalgia and inspiration to their distilling craft.
There are not many things more American than bourbon, and although most of it is produced in Kentucky, it can be produced all over the USA. It must be made with at least 51% corn and bottled at 40% ABV or higher. So why not give this American classic a try?
Peach ring candy has a solid and noticeable aroma on the nose. The palate boasts a strong impression with maple, demerara sugar, sweet cream, and a tangible tinge of spice and tannins that lead you all the way to a peachy sweet, and rough finish.
