Each small batch of only 20 barrels is meticulously distilled, aged between 5-6 years, and bottled under strict Bottled-in-Bond criteria at 100 proof, ensuring top-notch quality. The dedication to excellence has earned these spirits prestigious accolades, including Gold and Double Gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2023.

High-Rye Bourbon:
Baking spices, oak, and dark fruit greet the nose. The sweetness from the nose is reflected on the palate with oak, tobacco, fruit, leather, and smoke. The finish is long with a balance of sweetness, rye spice, and oak.
Straight Rye Whiskey:
The nose is sweet with baking spice aromas, oak, and dark fruit. Look for clove, white pepper, and herbaceous notes on the palate, enriched by floral, minty, and tea notes. The finish is long with a balance of floral, minty, and sweet notes.
