Willie's Distillery was established in 2010 by Willie and Robin Blazer with the goal of capturing the spirit of the American West. The Montana-based distillery was founded by Willie and Robin Blazer and is built around a bespoke copper pot still made by Holstein, a family-owned company that has been building world-class spirits stills since 1958. They mill, mash, ferment, and distill corn, barley, and oats on-site, crafting various spirits while supporting the local economy and residents in the process. Willie's Coffee Cream Liqueur was inspired by a local place in the mountains called Cowboy Heaven, where hot coffee by a campfire is said to taste particularly delicious. The award-winning liqueur features a balance of sweet, savory, and bitter notes. Creamy and smooth throughout, the expression is bottled at 35 proof.

About Liqueur

This typical aperitif has its origins in 13th century Italy where it was used for medicinal purposes. The liqueur is produced worldwide and can have all sorts of flavor profiles, from fruit, spices, nuts, and even cream, and has a low proof of 15 to 30% ABV.
