About Wyoming Whiskey National Parks No. 2 Bourbon Whiskey
Crafted in Kirby, Wyoming, under Wyoming Whiskey's mantra of "craft, quality, and terroir", this whiskey is distilled, barreled, and bottled on the premises. It's made with locally-sourced non-GMO grains and pure water from a limestone aquifer in the Big Horn Basin. With a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley, the whiskey spends at least 5 years in ex-bourbon American oak casks, where it is subjected to the extreme temperature fluctuations of Wyoming. The bourbon is bottled at 105 proof, with 5$ from each bottle being donated towards the preservation of the Yellowstone Natural Park.

About Wyoming Whiskey
In the small town of Kirby, Wyoming — population 92 — Brad Mead, a fifth-generation rancher whose family first came to Wyoming in 1890, is continuing a tradition of "firsts." While his family has produced U.S. senators, lawyers, extreme skiers and two governors of Wyoming, Brad, along with his wife Kathy and their son Sam, established the first legal distillery in Wyoming State in 2009, and has been making exceptional, handmade whisky ever since.
There are not many things more American than bourbon, and although most of it is produced in Kentucky, it can be produced all over the USA. It must be made with at least 51% corn and bottled at 40% ABV or higher. So why not give this American classic a try?
The amber whiskey opens with cane sugar, sandalwood, orange and lemon zest, and peach aromas. The palate is nutty and sweet with toffee, salted caramel, marzipan, and baking spice notes. Look for citrus, oak, and black pepper on the long and deceptively smooth finish.
