Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Don Julio Blanco
  • 1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 0.5 oz. agave syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare a rocks glass with a salt rim
  2. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  3. Add ice and shake passionately
  4. Strain into glass over ice. Garnish the glass with lime zest and sea salt rim.

  • 1.5 oz. Don Julio Anejo
  • 0.25 oz. agave nectar
  • 2 dashes grapefruit bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a rocks glass
  2. Add ice and stir for 15-20 seconds
  3. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
